LENSER exclusively manufactures filtration elements by using pressing methods with a controlled program. This allows high repeatability, consistent quality and deformation-free elements. Unlike other manufacturing methods, pressing prevents the orientation of linear molecular chains and therefore does not produce breakage lines with high fragility, which can cause problems in the filter elements. The manufacture of thin membranes with sufficient flexibility is only possible using pressing methods.

The LENSER filter elements are made of different materials, by polypropylene membranes, the company uses specifically developed polypropylenes.

The high pressure membrane filtration elements KM, HD (HD = high pressure) are extremely resistant. These filter elements withstand compression pressures of up to 30 bar thanks to their special feed channel and material combinations.

Interchangeable membrane filter elements facilitate membrane exchange. This means that you only have to change the membrane instead of changing the entire filter element when the filter elements are worn. The body of the plate is preserved.
